Enhancing Support: Andamiro USA’s Email-First Approach
A message from Andy Kim, Andamiro USA’s Service Manager, on how prioritizing email improves response times and troubleshooting efficiency
Dear valued customers,
To better serve you and ensure quicker resolutions to service requests, Andamiro USA is reinforcing its Email-First Support Policy. Due to an increasing volume of service inquiries, prioritizing email communication allows us to respond faster, track issues more effectively and provide detailed solutions with greater efficiency.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Email support: The fastest way to receive assistance is via email. Our technicians are dedicating more time to email inquiries, allowing them to address issues with greater focus and efficiency. To help us assist you quickly, send detailed requests—including photos or descriptions—to [email protected].
Phone support: Our service line is available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Mon-Fri, CT at (972) 445-9110, ext. 105. For complex issues requiring phone assistance, our team will schedule a callback to ensure you receive the best possible support.
Parts support: Beginning in 2025, Andamiro USA’s parts department will be available at (972) 445-9110, ext. 104. Parts inquiries can also be emailed to [email protected].
WHY EMAIL-FIRST?
By streamlining our support process, we can provide more consistent and well-documented assistance while keeping response times as efficient as possible.
CONTINUING TO ENHANCE SUPPORT RESOURCES
We are actively enhancing our self-help tools, including:
- Troubleshooting videos and parts
- Manuals and technical bulletins
- Online service and parts inquiry form
These resources help operators find answers quickly and minimize equipment downtime.
As Andamiro USA’s service and technical manager, my priority is to ensure a smooth and efficient support process while keeping communication clear and effective. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
Sincerely,
Andy Kim
