Our History

Andamiro Co. Ltd. was founded in 1992 as an international trading and manufacturing business originally named Oksan Co. Ltd. The company changed its name from Oksan to Andamiro in 1999, and that same year it launched the first Pump It Up machine, today’s No. 1 rhythm and dance arcade videogame. Andamiro is also a leading designer and manufacturer of ticket redemption amusements, prize merchandisers, and sports and video games. Its branding partners include MLB Players Association, NBC-Universal Inc., NFL Players Inc., ViacomCBS (Nickelodeon), Walt Disney Co. and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.


Oct 2023: Spider-Man Coin Pusher ships industrywide.

Jul 2023: Pump It Up Phoenix makes official debut July 4 in South Korea.

Jun 2023: Dave & Buster’s deploys Spider-Man Coin Pusher and Guardians of the Galaxy Ticket Coaster as part of its Summer of 2023 exclusive games program.

Feb 2023: Dave & Buster’s names Andamiro USA “Supplier Partner of the Year.”

» Andamiro inks licensing agreement with MLB Players Inc. to create its first MLBPA game. Bobblehead Baseball is unveiled at 2022 Amusement Expo in Las Vegas.

» SpongeBob Ticket Coaster makes debut at 2021 IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, FL.

» Andamiro USA completes relocation from southern California to Irving, TX, in June 2021.

» Andamiro purchases building in Irving, TX.

» Entered into licensing agreement with the Walt Disney Co. to produce arcade games based on Disney entertainment properties.

» Produced Marvel Avengers redemption game, our first Disney-licensed game.

» Released Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom redemption game.

» Pump It Up celebrates 20th anniversary as world-leading rhythm and dance simulator.

» Released the Redeem Machine, a self-service kiosk that processes trading cards, chips, souvenir coins and other alternative redemption media.

» Celebrated 20th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants TV show with new card series for Pineapple Arcade.

» Celebrated Andmairo’s 25th anniversary.

» Moved into new and larger headquarters in South Korea. New corporate address is #704-1, Gongjang-dong, Ilsan Techno Town, 138, Ilsan-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

» Opened branch office in Tokyo, Japan.
