Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to propel sales within the amusement industry’s established channels—and beyond. As an integral part of Andamiro’s sales organization, you will leverage a deep understanding of away-from-home entertainment trends, market dynamics and customer needs to expand and support our client base. This role requires a strategic, omnichannel approach to sales, engaging with clients across multiple touchpoints—from traditional distributor networks and operator relationships to emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets, identifying key growth opportunities.
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forging relationships with potential clients in the arcade industry and new markets.
  • Customer relationship management: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
  • Cross-team cooperation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales programs, promotional materials and strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Market awareness: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies, accordingly.
  • Sales pipeline and reporting: Track sales progress, maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates on key performance metrics to leadership.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of sales experience.
  • Experience in arcade game sales or related B2B industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of arcade sector and family entertainment market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to build relationships, negotiate and close deals, and influence decision-makers.
  • Knack for analyzing pricing structures, ROI models and sales promotions to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client and industry meetings, trade shows and business development opportunities.
