To ensure quicker resolutions to service requests, Andamiro USA is reinforcing its Email-First Support Policy. With a growing installed base of Andamiro games and the prolonged service life of legacy equipment, support inquiries are on the rise—making email communication the most effective way to respond faster, track issues accurately and deliver detailed solutions.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Email support: The fastest way to receive assistance is via email. Our technicians are dedicating more time to email inquiries, allowing them to address issues with greater focus. To help us assist you quickly, send detailed requests—including photos or descriptions—to service@andamirousa.com.
Phone support: Our service line is available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Mon-Fri, CT at (972) 445-9110, ext. 105. For complex issues requiring phone assistance, our team will schedule a callback to ensure you receive the best possible support.
Parts support: Beginning in 2025, Andamiro USA’s parts department will be available at (972) 445-9110, ext. 104. Parts inquiries can also be emailed to parts@andamirousa.com.
