Andamiro Enhances Compact, Thrifty Soccer Safari Lineup
GARDENA, CA, September 24, 2020 — Andamiro is pleased to announce that there are now three variations offered in its family of compact soccer-shooting games for kids. The Soccer Safari line extension includes the original two prize-vending models and a new ticket redemption version.
Rolling out earlier this year, the Soccer Safari venders are packaged in generic and licensed SpongeBob cabinets. The prize-dispensing games nicely complement bulk vending locations, retail walls and shopping malls, among other public sites, as well as arcades.
The newest Soccer Safari supports ticket redemption operations in cashless card-swipe venues, and in traditional quarter or token arcades. The redemption version, previewed during March’s Amusement Expo in New Orleans, ships in a SpongeBob cabinet.
Built with Andamiro quality, the pintsize game measures 22” W. x 35” D. x 66.5” H. and comes in at a stout 220 lbs. It easily fits in existing multi-machine platforms, which comprise bulk vending racks, claw machines, kiddie rides and other impulse devices.
In FECs, Soccer Safari satisfies the growing demand for more games that appeal to young patrons. “Finally there’s a great game for kids,” was the oft-heard comment from Amusement Expo-goers. A player fires mini soccer balls using two buttons and tries to defeat the moving goalkeeper to score: reach the high-score value to win the ticket bonus or a prize.
All models now benefit from recently added modifications, made above and below the playfield, that improve the ball return and shooting processes. And the vending version can now be loaded with product at both the front and back of the cabinet; it has a 200-unit capacity. All models support DBAs and ship with a coin mech.
Soccer Safari is priced to accommodate the most modest of new equipment budgets. Estimates based on data gathered during location trials (pre-Covid )suggest an ROI of 40-60 weeks on the street, and likely much quicker ROI in FECs.
When running Soccer Safari as a prize vending machine, Andamiro reminds operators that the machine only vends 2” round items since prizes are “self-transporting” (they roll down a delivery ramp to the prize door). Thus, prizes must be perfectly round. Compatible options include 50mm foam balls, 49mm hi-bounce balls and 2” round capsules (no protrusion at the capsule’s seam).
A&A Global Industries, the leading supplier of vendable novelties, hosts a dedicated Soccer Safari page that showcases Safari-compatible hi-bounce and foam balls. Brand Vending Products and Allstar Vending are prominent bulk toy suppliers that stock well-matched 2″ round capsules, some sealed in attractive shrink wrap film.Andamiro USA is currently stocking Soccer Safari vending games and is accepting advanced orders for the redemption model.
