What you’ll do:
As Andamiro USA’s service technician assistant, you’ll play a vital role ensuring that our arcade games are running smoothly for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
» Troubleshooting and repairing low-voltage commercial arcade equipment.
» Performing mechanical and electrical component repairs, including bearings, wiring, coils, and more.
» Maintaining detailed documentation of repairs, parts usage and work history.
» Providing excellent phone and email support for technical inquiries.
» Assisting with clerical tasks like data entry and organization.
» Keeping the workspace and shop organized and clean.

What you’ll bring:
» Technical skills: basic knowledge of low-voltage DC systems, with 1–2 years of mechanical and electrical experience
» Problem-solving expertise: sharp troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
» Technical proficiency: ability to read schematics and work in the field.
» Physical readiness: able to lift up to 50 lbs. (up to 15 lbs. regularly), and bend, reach, stock as needed.
» Computer skills: familiarity with MS Office Suite and general computer tasks.
» Verbal and written communication strengths: interact with customers and document effectively.
» Adaptable: eagerness to learn about our diverse range of arcade products and systems.

Education and certifications:
» High school diploma or GED required.
» Technical certifications in electronics or low-voltage systems are a plus.
