Job Description
We are seeking a salesperson to support and grow our presence in the amusement and arcade industry. This role will focus on working within established and new channels while also building relationships with operators and identifying new market opportunities. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to support existing accounts, develop new business and help bring new products to market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to support company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
- Support product launches and pre-marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales programs and materials.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Track sales activity and maintain organized follow-up with accounts.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (amusement industry experience is a plus, not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up consistently.
- Interest in the arcade / entertainment industry and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of pricing, ROI and customer value propositions.
- Willingness to travel to meet one on one with amusement businesses and participate in trade shows.
Travel Requirements
- Plan and budget twice-monthly travel (4–5 days per trip) to markets nationwide.
- Visit locations and operators in the field to identify opportunities, make introductions and distribute marketing materials.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a non-commissioned sales role with a competitive salary. Andamiro offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and a 401(k) with company matching. Travel and mileage reimbursement are provided.
